Martin, although not from a broadcasting background, has always had a keen
interest in Radio, listening to a wide variety of stations from across the UK and
US. In 2020 he joined internet station Rugby and Daventry Radio where he
presented a Soul and Jazz show and more recently from 2023 he joined The
Soul of London/Soul of Grenada where he presents the Smooth Jazz and
Soulful Grooves show.

Being a musician himself Martin has wide and varied tastes in many music
genres from classic hits over the decades to more specialist genres such as
Soul, Smooth Jazz, Funk, Disco, Club Classics, Motown and Country to name
a few!

Over the past 20 years or so Martin has spent many hours listening and
researching artists of the Smooth Jazz genre. He has seen and personally
met several of the artists over this period, both in the UK and in the US. He is
also well connected with other radio presenters of this genre.
